aQuantum sponsors QUATIC 2022 the15th International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology, organized by the Alarcos Research Group of the UCLM (Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha). QUATIC is a leading scientific conference that brings together experts from academia and industry to exchange ideas and approaches on all aspects of quality in ICT systems engineering and management.
QUATIC includes a special “Track: Quality Aspects in Quantum Computing”, whose Program Committee is chaired by Prof. Rui Abreu of the University of Porto and INESC-ID (Portugal), and in which several aQuantum team members participate. The topics of interest for the Track (although not limited) are: Testing of quantum programs, Quantum systems modernization, Quantum software quality metrics, Quantum systems management and maturity models, Quantum software development lifecycle, Quantum software governance, Quantum services quality models, and Quantum quality skills and knowledge. The goal of this track is aligned with the call to action in the Talavera Manifesto for Quantum Software Engineering and Programming.
QUATIC 2022 will be held from 12th to 14th September 2022 in Talavera de la Reina where the University of Castilla-La Mancha recently extended the academic offer with a new degree in Computer Science in the IT & Social Sciences School of Talavera.
